About the Firm
The McLarty Firm was founded by Mary Alice McLarty. Ms. McLarty has practiced law for for over 20 years, and receives referrals from other attorneys throughout the country.
With offices located in the beautiful high rise at Turtle Creek Centre, The McLarty Firm is conveniently located in the Uptown district of Dallas, and just a short drive from downtown Dallas. The lawyers of The McLarty Firm are admitted to practice and actively try and argue cases in Texas state and federal courts. The McLarty Firm's attorneys also routinely handle cases for clients all over the country including Washington, D.C., Oklahoma, Massachusetts, Louisiana, Arkansas, New York, Arizona, New Mexico and Florida, to name a few.
The firm's practice is focused on cases involving serious injuries in the areas of Trucking Accidents, Construction Accidents, Automobile Accidents, Products Liability, Sexual Assaults, School Hazing Incidents, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home, Drugs and victims of RSD or crps.
Ms. McLarty concentrates her practice on catastrophic injury cases, including Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy ("RSD" or "crps"), injuries and brain injuries, while Dr. Gross devotes the majority of his casework to Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home and Drug cases.
The firm's attorneys have published numerous articles and papers on a wide variety of legal issues. The firm is also proud of the positions its members have held in the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, including seats on the boards of directors of each organization. In addition, Mary Alice McLarty was the 2004 President of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association.
